Edward (“Ted”) Fenasci brings 25 years complex litigation experience to Gordon Arata Montgomery Barnett. Ted has represented clients ranging in size from Fortune 100 companies to individuals in disputes throughout Louisiana and Texas. Representative clients have included major airlines, soft drink producers and telecommunications companies; national lenders; state and local banking institutions; and small business owners.

In addition to dispute resolution through litigation and arbitration, Ted has negotiated and confected contracts on behalf of numerous business interests and has represented the interests of a U.S.-Canada trade association.

After beginning his career with an international, Houston-based law firm, Ted returned to his home town of New Orleans, where, prior to joining the firm, he was elected to the membership of a national, New Orleans-based firm.
