Kristina Lagasse practices in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial transactions, employment law and telecommunications. Kristina has gained valuable experience in all stages of litigation, including pretrial motion practice, discovery and trial. She has also assisted in a number of transactional matters, including financing agreements, purchase and sale contracts and leases.
While at Loyola, Kristina served as Managing Editor of Print of the Loyola Law Review and was recognized with the Warren E. Mouledoux Editor-in-Chief’s Award for outstanding service and dedication. Kristina was also a member of Moot Court and worked as a research assistant for Associate Dean of Students and Clinic Professor Davida Finger.
Prior to law school, Kristina worked in government and public affairs at Cox Communications. Kristina’s corporate background gives her a unique perspective and valuable insight into the business needs of her clients and the challenges they face.
