Gordon Arata congratulates firm member, Adam J. Russ, on his selection as a 2023 Texas Super Lawyer in the area of Business Litigation. Each year, Super Lawyers selects the top attorneys from law firms across 70 practice areas throughout the U.S. based on peer nominations, evaluations, and independent research. Super Lawyers recognizes no more than 5% of attorneys in each state for inclusion in the list. Adam was previously listed as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2020 and was on the Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star list from 2012 – 2019. 

Adam advises clients throughout Texas and Ohio facing complex commercial litigation, employment, real estate, construction, and transactional issues across a variety of industries. His seasoned courtroom and appellate litigation experience, coupled with his responsiveness, persistence, and command of the case at hand, has helped individuals and businesses solve their most challenging problems.   

Adam is a graduate of 2002 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and 2005 graduate of Notre Dame Law School. He recently was elected to serve as the Region 13 representative for the Notre Dame Law Association Board. He regularly assists the Law School’s Alumni Outreach Program as an ambassador for prospective students and as a mentor for current students through both the Summer Mock Interview Program and its Mentorship Program.
